Embracing The Truth About Abuse!

Overview

The goal and ministry of A.R.M.S. is to provide educational counseling and awareness programs to individuals faced with domestic abuse. Using biblical principles, we encourage beliefs and behaviors that heal and promote healthy life styles. Our call is to confront the conspiracy of silence within the faith community regarding abuse. We believe it will take the entire church body working together to bring light to this darkness. Abuse is the single major cause of injury to women in the US. 1 in 4 women have suffered from abuse at some point in their life. A woman is beaten every 9 seconds. Verbal abuse: words kill! The power of life and death are in the tongue. Proverb 18:21. Abuse kills body, soul and spirit!
