Overview
Life Concepts Ministries is a
highways and byways missionary outreach with special interest and
expertise in the area of end-of-life. We are located in both
Spokane, Washington and Montana's Bitterroot Valley. The ministry
was founded by Charla Bauman, Missionary and Radiation Therapist,
who has 20 years in the medical field and a combined 5 years of
serving on hospital and county end-of-life committees and
coalitions. She testifies, "We have seen that when a person is at
the end-of-life, their hearts are particularly tender to the love of
Christ and His great gift of Salvation." Life Concepts offers
ministry to those at life's end and their families in the home,
hospital or nursing home. Prayer, Worship and the Word are our main
ministry tools. We endeavor to take those we serve into the presence
of the King where He might touch them as only He knows how. We also
offer Christ centered ministry to those who are grieving the death
of a loved one.
75% of Americans state that they
identify with the Christian faith at some level, but only a small
portion of those are solidly connected to a local Christian Church
when they die. Those individuals have the least amount of time in
which to receive Christ so this harvest field is indeed white, but
