Overview
Youth for Christ is a youth outreach
ministry to neighborhood kids in the Spokane Area. We are building a
transferable ministry model that we will build, grow and plant in
other neighborhoods around our city. We are currently serving the
needs of young people in West Central Spokane. Our ministry model
has three key components:
- Neighborhood youth centers
- Ministry Houses for college age adults to live and serve in the neighborhood
- Various ministry programs
- Ministry Opportunities
- City Life Club - high energy weekly outreach event
- TNT - weekly tutoring program
- Student Leader program - special program for emerging leaders in YFC
- Tae Kwon Do - martial arts program
- After School Drop In - a hang out time and place for neighborhood young people
- Summer Program - weekly activity day
- Summer Camp - partnership with Union Gospel Mission Camp
